1. Delivery Rates & Options
We are proud to offer safe and reliable door-to-door delivery across South Africa.
- Free Delivery: All orders of R750 or more qualify for free door-to-door delivery.
- Delivery Rates: For orders under R750, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
2. Delivery Timeframes
We understand that you want your order as quickly as possible.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Transit Time: Once dispatched, delivery will take approximately 2–4 working days to arrive at your specified address.
3. Delivery Process
- Deliveries take place during regular business hours (08h00 to 17h00).
- As our couriers provide door-to-door delivery, please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the parcel.
- We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
4. Tracking & Support
Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive an email or SMS notification containing your waybill number. You can use this number to track your parcel’s progress in real time.
