How to Apply for Best Results

1. Preparation: Strip all ancient wax, grease and deeply embedded oil layers using a heavy-duty floor stripper. Neutralize the surface, rinse thoroughly with clean water and allow the floor to dry completely.
2. First Sealing Coat: Using a clean, lint-free microfiber floor polish applicator or flat mop, apply a thin, uniform layer of Floorbrite 22% using overlapping figure-eight motions.
3. Drying Time: Allow the coat to dry fully (typically 45 to 60 minutes depending on ambient room temperature, ventilation and air humidity).
4. Build Coats: For maximum depth and long-term pore sealing, apply 2 to 3 subsequent layers. Allow the final layer to cure completely for 24 hours before subjecting it to high-speed burnishing or heavy commercial traffic.
